Each morning, awaken your body with gentle yoga and Pilates. Walk mindfully in nature, deepen your intuition, and explore your inner world & history through family constellations.

In your free time you can rest, explore the surrounding towns & nature or you can book:

Extra information:
- Flights and travel expenses are not included in the price. The nearest airport is Faro airport and 90 km from the retreat location. Car rental is recommended but not mandatory.
- A moderate fitness level and good shoes are required for the easy to do walks, that however are mostly dirt trails, up & down hills and may take up to 2.5hrs.
- Constellation work can be a deep and transformative inner experience, keep this in mind
- Appropriate sun protection is necessary
