Regular Pilates Classes in Vila do Bispo and Raposeira

Mondays 10-11am in Vila do Bispo, Moinho Calmo. This is an open level class for everyone who wants to join!The class is being held mainly in English but translation to German and Portuguese possible. 10Eur.

Regular classes for the local community are taking place in Raposeira on 2 days a week, Portuguese spoken but i can translate a little here and there. Please get in touch if you would like to know more or to participate!
