Join a full body massage course over the course of 5 weeks, on Sundays, in Lagos (espaço Metamorphosis)! A course manual + video support is included. You will receive a diploma from Indah Health Massage after completion of the course + 10 full body massages given to at least 3 different people and feedback.
Would you like to do a 4 day intensive private course?Start any time! This can be a 1-1 course or a small group setting. A stay in Raposeira (Casa Batik) may be possible during the course. Get in touch!
Integrative full body massage course available in the western Algarve
Learn how to give a relaxing and therapeutic full body massage. Integrating different styles and techniques, this full body massage can later be applied and adjusted to your need.
You will learn the massage sequence step by step and will be guided through each movement with a practical approach. You will also learn about the proper preparation, hygiene and things to be aware of during treatment in order to deliver a comforting massage treatment in a comfortable environment and trustful atmosphere.
This course can be done for personal interest and use or as a foundation for your professional path as a massage practitioner.
Duration: 5 weeks, one day a week (5 x 3.5 hrs of guided practice with background information). Loation for these courses is the beautiful health center "espaço Metamorphosis" in Lagos, next to Bricomarche and Aldi. Next course dates in Lagos are: 11.01.2026 - 08.02.2026 (5 weeks, every Sunday).
OR 4 day intensive course of 4 x 4 hrs, accomodation may be included if available.
Course manual with images and descriptions: included.
Homework: You will need to practice and complete a minimum of 10 full body massages on at least 3 people (gathering their feedback) before you get your diploma, this will total an amount of around 16 hrs of home practice. Some homestudy is required. If you´re doing the 5 week course, it is strongly suggested that you practice each section of the course from week to week.

Pricing (2025) in the Algarve:
5 week course: 520€ p.p.
4 day Intensive private course in the west Algarve (Lagos, Raposeira or Sagres), can include accomodation in Raposeira, when available:
850€ - 1 person,
780€ p.p. - 2 people
700€ p.p. - 3 people
If you have your own venue in the Algarve, from 4 or more people participating in the private course the price is 520€ p.p. and i will travel to you.
